山东财经大学雅思机考考点疫情防控要求（12月11日更新）

根据当前新冠疫情防控形势及山东省、济南市最新疫情防控要求，自2022年12月13日（含）起，山东财经大学雅思机考考点要求所有报名参加考试的考生了解并遵循以下防控措施：

1.考试当日，以下考生不能入校参加考试：

1)7天内有国内高风险地区旅居史（健康码、行程码非绿码）的考生不能进入考点参加考试。

2)考前14天内有国（境）外旅居史的考生不能进入考点参加考试。

3）考试前7天及考试当日，有发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退、腹泻等症状的考生不能进校参加考试。

2.所有入济返济人员入济前须通过“泉城报备”微信小程序进行报备，在抵济后尽快且不得超过12小时向所在居村委和单位（或所住宾馆）报告。考生须及时关注济南市最新疫情防控政策，并提前规划好行程，咨询电话：济南市0531-12345、0531-66601733、市中区0531-82078532。

考生须认真遵守济南市及考点属地的有关疫情防控要求，如果不及时报备，故意隐瞒行程，不落实健康管理等防控措施，造成疫情传播的，将被依法依规追究责任。

3.所有考生均须持济南市本地核酸检测机构出具的48小时内（以进入考场时间往前推48小时，以出具报告时间为准）纸质版核酸检阴性报告（核酸检测点出具的检测报告、从“山东健康码”上将查询到的核酸检测记录截屏打印均可）或在入场时当场进行新冠病毒抗原检测的结果为阴才能进入考点参加考试。纸质版核酸检测阴性报告报告须交由考点留存，考生在考试当日第二次入校时无需再次提交。建议考生到医院或核酸检测机构申请做核酸单管检测，避免因混管检测结果出现异常影响核酸检测报告的出具。

 如考生在入场时采用现场进行新冠病毒抗原检测的方式，则考生须自备符合国家标准的新冠病毒抗原检测试剂盒，在考点工作人员的监督下，按照试剂盒上的说明，采用规范的操作方式自行进行检测，检测结果为阴者方可进入考点；考点只接受现场第一次抗原检测的结果，如果第一次现场检测的结果如为阳，则考生将被拒绝进入考场，考生不得以现场第二次抗原检测的结果为阴要求进入考点。考点不提供新冠病毒抗原检测试剂盒，不对现场检测的结果承担责任。因入场时考生人数较多，而每次抗原检测至少需要20分钟左右，时间非常紧张，所以请考生务必尽量提前到达考场。考生在进行现场检测时，要服从工作人员的安排，做好个人防护。考生在考试当日第二次进入考场时无须再次进行新冠病毒抗原检测。

考试当日在入场截止时间前不能出具上述核酸检测阴性报告者或不能提供现场新冠病毒抗原检测结果为阴者将被拒绝进入考场。

4. 考生须按规定从山东财经大学国际交流中心（山东天舜大厦，舜耕路42-1号南区，舜耕路与历阳大街交口往北70米路东）入口，往东直行50米后左转，沿雅思考试专用通道进入考场。此路线为进入考场的唯一路线，其他校门在考试期间不允许考生进入。考生入场时须遵循以下要求：

1）入场时间：上午场机考入场截止时间为08:30am，下午场机考入场截止时间为13:30pm。口试：请提前30分钟到达考点，口试截止入场时间为口试时间前15分钟。请准时抵达考点，迟到考生将无法参加任何科目考试，已完成科目的成绩将被取消。

建议考生比常规的口笔试到达时间再提前30分钟或更早到达考点，确保有足够的时间完成防疫检查流程，按时进入考场。工作日早上考点门口西侧的舜耕路交通流量较大，请考生务必合理安排行程，按照上述要求的时间到达考点，以免耽误考试。

2)必须佩戴一次性使用医用外科口罩、N95及以上防护等级口罩。

3)扫描“场所码”,出示健康码绿码。

4）出示济南市本地核酸检测机构出具的48小时内纸质版核酸检阴性报告或现场新冠病毒抗原检测阴性结果。

5）出示当天考试的雅思准考证。考生（包括小于18岁的未成年考生）需在指定时间进入学校，家长及陪考人员一律禁止进入考点。考生不可以“以熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求入校。

6)出示身份证件（若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查）。

7)测量体温。体温符合标准的考生，即体温低于37.3摄氏度方可进入学校。

8)考试结束后请直接离开学校，不得在校园内逗留。

5.出租车、网约车和私家车等社会车辆禁止入校。

                                                       Notice on the Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures of

                             the IELTS Computer-Delivered Test Center at Shandong University of Finance and Economics

According to the current situation of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control arrangement, as well as the control requirements from Jinan City and Shandong Province, since December 13, 2022 (included), the IELTS Computer-Delivered Test Center at Shandong University of Finance and Economics requires all candidates who register for the IELTS test to understand and follow the following prevention and control measures:

1. On the day of the test, the following candidates are not allowed to enter the IELTS Computer-Delivered Test Center at Shandong University of Finance and Economics to take the test:

1）Candidates with a history in travel and/or residence in the high-risk areas in China within 7 days (the “health code”, the “travel code” other than green) cannot enter the test center to take the test.

2）Candidates with a history in travel and/or residence abroad within 14 days before the test cannot enter the test center to take the test.

3）Candidates who have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), diarrhea and other symptoms within 7 days before the test and on the day of the test cannot enter the test center to take the test.

2. All individuals coming or returning to Jinan must report through the "Quancheng Report" WeChat mini program, to the community committee and workplace (or the hotels where the individuals stay) as soon as possible and no more than 12 hours after arrival. Candidates must pay attention to the latest epidemic prevention and control policies in Jinan in time, and plan their itinerary in advance; consultation telephone numbers are: Jinan 0531-12345, 0531-66601733, Shizhong District 0531-82078532.

Candidates must conscientiously abide by the relevant epidemic prevention and control requirements from Jinan City and the territory where the test center belongs. And if candidates do not report in time, deliberately conceal their itinerary, or do not implement health management or other prevention and control measures, causing the spread of the epidemic, they would be investigated for responsibility in accordance with laws and regulations.

3.All candidates must present a paper version of the negative nucleic acid test report issued within 48 hours by the local nucleic acid testing institution in Jinan (the time of the 48 hours is defined to be pushed forward on the time of entering the test center, subject to the time of the nucleic acid test report issued; and the paper version of the negative nucleic acid test report can be issued and printed by the nucleic acid testing institution, or can be screenshot printed from the nucleic acid test record through the “Shandong Health Code”), OR the result of the on-site COVID-19 Antigen Test at the time of admission to enter the test center is negative, before entering the test center to take the test. And the report must be submitted to the test center for retention. Candidates do not need to submit a negative nucleic acid test report again when they enter the test center for the second time on the same day of the test. It is recommended that candidates take the nucleic acid single-tube test at a hospital or a nucleic acid testing institution, so as to avoid any abnormal test result affected by a mixed-tube test which can cause a problem of issuing a nucleic acid test report.

If candidates choose to take the on-site COVID-19 Antigen Test instead when admission, candidates must bring their own COVID-19 Antigen test kit that meets the national standards, and must take the on-site COVID-19 Antigen Test under the supervision of the test test center staff, follow the instructions on the kit, adopt a standardized operation method to test themselves, and the test result must be negative before entering the test center. The test center will only accept the result of the first on-site COVID-19 Antigen Test; If the result of the first on-site COVID-19 Antigen Test is positive, the candidate will be refused to enter the test room, and the candidate will not be allowed to enter the test center even if the result of a second on-site COVID-19 Antigen Test was negative. The test center does not provide COVID-19 Antigen Test kits, or is not responsible for the results of the on-site COVID-19 Antigen Test. Due to a large number of candidates when admission, and also due to that it takes at least 20 minutes for each on-site COVID-19 Antigen Test, the time is very tight; therefore, please make sure to arrive at the test center as early as possible. When candidates take the on-site COVID-19 test, they should obey the arrangements of the test center staff and take a good but personal protection measure in terms of COVID-19. Candidates do not need to take another COVID-19 Antigen Test when they enter the test center for the second entry to the test center on the same test day.

If candidates cannot present their negative nucleic acid test report or cannot provide a negative COVID-19 Antigen Test result before the entrance deadline on the test day, they will be refused to enter to the test center.

4.Candidates must take the entrance of the International Exchange Center of Shandong University of Finance and Economics (Shandong Tianshun Building, South District of No. 42-1 Shungeng Road, 70 meters north of the intersection of Shungeng Road and Liyang Avenue) according to the regulation, go straight to the east for 50 meters, turn left, and enter the test center along the IELTS test special passage. This route is the only way to enter the test center, and no other school gates are allowed for candidates to enter during the test period. Candidates are subject to the following requirements upon admission to the test center:

1) Admission time: The admission time for the computer-delivered test in the morning is no late than 08:30am, and the admission time for the computer-delivered test in the afternoon is no late than 13:30pm. Oral Test: Please arrive at the test center 30 minutes in advance, and the admission time for the oral test is no late than 15 minutes prior to the oral test. Please arrive at the test center on time. Candidates arriving late would not be able to take any section of the test and the grades of their completed test section(s) will be canceled.

It is recommended that candidates arrive at the test center 30 minutes or earlier than the regular oral and written test arrival time, so as to ensure that there is enough time to complete the epidemic prevention inspection process and enter the test room on time. On the mornings of workdays, the traffic is heavy on Shungeng Road to the west of the entrance of the test center, so please be sure to arrange candidates’ itinerary reasonably and arrive at the test center according to the time required above, in order to avoid any delay of the test.

2) Candidates must wear a disposable medical surgical mask,  a mask with N95 or  higher protection level.

3) Candidates must scan the "venue code" and show the green code of their “health code”.

4) Candidates must resent the paper version of the negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours issued by the local nucleic acid testing institution in Jinan, OR the negative result of the on-site COVID-19 Antigen Test.

5) Candidates must show their IELTS admission permit for the test on the test day. Candidates (including minors under the age of 18) are required to enter the test center at the designated time, and parents and other test attendants are not allowed to enter the test center. Candidates cannot request for being familiar with the test center environment to enter the test center at other time rather than the designated time.

6) Candidates must show their national ID (if candidates are registered with a passport, please also bring their national ID for verification).

7) Candidates must take their temperature at the test center. Candidates whose body temperature meets the standard, that is, candidates with a body temperature below 37.3 ℃, are allowed to enter the test center.

8) Candidates shall leave the campus directly and are not allowed to stay on campus after the test.

4. Social vehicles such as taxis, ride-hailing cars or private cars are not allowed to enter campus.
