　　近期，国内多地出现新冠肺炎本土确诊病例和无症状感染者，防控形势严峻复杂。为有效控制和降低新冠疫情传播风险，根据山东省疾病预防控制中心、青岛市疫情防 控办及青岛大学防控办有关要求精神，对于进入青岛大学雅 思机考考点参加考试的考生防疫要求如下：

　　1、所有省外入鲁返鲁人员需持 48 小时内核酸检测阴性证明;抵达后第一天和第三天各进行 1 次核酸检测。

　　2、参加考试的所有考生，需持有青岛市 48 小时内(以进入考场时间往前推 48 小时)的核酸检测阴性报告才能进入考点参加考试，核酸检测阴性证明(纸质版)，交予考点留 存;对于青岛大学校园内在籍学生(包含研究生)不要求出 示核酸证明。

　　3、出示健康行程码---绿码，没有绿码不能进入考点。

　　4、 在考前 28 天内有国(境)外旅居史的考生不能进入考点。

　　5、 考生在进入考点时，须遵循以下要求：

　　⑴必须佩戴口罩。

　　⑵测量体温，体温符合标准的考生，即体温低于 37.3摄氏度方可进入考点。

　　⑶出示当天考试的雅思准考证。考生(包括小于 18 岁的未成年考生)需在指定时间进入考点，家长/陪考人员一律禁止入考点。若考生的考试时间是在上午，则进出考点的时间只限于上午，考生不可以“以 熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求进入考点。

　　⑷ 出示身份证件(若您使用护照报名，也请同时携带身份证以备核查)。

　　此规定自 2022 年 04 月 22 日起执行。

　　Notice on IELTS Test Epidemic Prevention and Control Arrangement at Qingdao University

　　Currently, with the locally confirmed cases and asymptomatic cases of COVID- 19 in several regions of China, the prevention and control seems urgent and complicated. In order to effectively control and reduce risks of epidemic transmission, Qingdao University IELTS On Computer Test Centre

　　( QD_QDU_IOC ) has made the following temporary emergency prevention

　　plan for test takers based on the epidemic prevention requirements of Shandong Centre of Disease Control and Prevention, Qingdao Epidemic Prevention and Control Office and Qingdao University Epidemic Prevention and Control Office：

　　1. All persons returning to Shandong from outside Shandong province shall hold a

　　nucleic acid test negative certificate within 48 hours; Nucleic acid tests will be conducted on the first and third day after arrival.

　　2. All candidates must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate (paper version， taken in Qingdao) within 48 hours (prior to the time of entry into the test centre ) to the test centre before entering the venue for the test. Candidates among

　　registered undergraduates and postgraduates of Qingdao University are exceptions.

　　3. Test takers need to present valid “green health code”to enter the venue.

　　4. Candidates with overseas travel history within 28 days prior to the test will not be admitted.

　　5. Before the entry into the test centre, test takers should follow the instructions as below:

　　(1) Test takers must wear a face mask.

　　(2) Test takers will need to go through temperature check. Those whose temperature is at or higher than 37.3 degrees Celsius will not be allowed to enter the test centre.

　　(3) Test takers must present their IELTS Test Admission Ticket. Test takers (including the minor candidates below 18 years old) need to enter the test venue at the appointed time. Parents or companions are not allowed into the venue. If their test is scheduled in the morning, test takers can only be allowed to enter and leave before noon time. Test takers will not be allowed to enter the test centre to “familiarize with the test venue”in any other time periods.

　　(4) Test takers must present their National ID card. (Please bring the ID card for identity verification on test day, even though one registers the IELTS test by passport.)
